Deposit and Payment Disclaimer: Please be advised that there will be a 50% deposit due at time of booking and is non-refundable. Both the rental agreement and deposit are required, to secure the date and time of your booking. If you need to cancel your service, you must notify us at least 7 business days before your scheduled event date to receive a refund of the remaining balance.

In the event of cancellation: If the full balance has been paid in advance and we receive notification of cancellation at least 7 business days before the scheduled event date, a refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable deposit. If cancellation is made less than 7 business days before the scheduled event date, no refund will be issued. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy

Travel Policy: At Sissy's Magic Booth, we offer free travel up to 30 miles roundtrip from our location in Winchester, KY. For events outside of this radius, there will be an additional charge of $1.00 per mile. We strive to provide excellent service to all of our clients, no matter the location, and will work with you to ensure that your event is a success.
